McGowan Construction Services is located within the Town of the Blue Mountains, West of Collingwood, East of the Beaver Valley, and South of Georgian Bay, better known as the Georgian Triangle.
Since 1981, our company has strived to meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
Being located in an area of ski hills, valleys, rivers, streams, and lakes has given us the experience of working in many different elements

Having said that, we are well experienced in the following:

We have also introduced the Rhino Liquid Rubber Membrane system to our portfolio.
